Twitter is rolling out a new design, e.g.

https://twitter.com/atarchivebot (new style) https://twitter.com/textfiles (new style) https://twitter.com/patio11 (old style) https://twitter.com/cursiveclojure (old style)

twitter-rss doesn't return any items in the RSS feed for new-style pages.
