print out incorrect genesis state #1234

@Dinonard genesis state printed here is incorrect. Do we need this or can we just remove it? https://github.com/AstarNetwork/Astar/blob/9f5e4dd45b7d97972188a4cd840bcca1802d5efb/bin/collator/src/command.rs#L835

We can remove it, if it's wrong it hasn't really served any purpose 🙂
