Astar node cant be build because it's not released. See our documentation to build our Dusty node (testnet). Thanks

Is the Astar mainnet node not online yet? Means I can only build a testnet? So when can the mainnet node be built?

Yes only testnet is online! Astar mainnet will be online after Polkadot parachains Shiden our sister network on Kusama can be used very soon, see our roadmap here: https://www.notion.so/staketechnologies/dc65264053e84b9d97967b0ca364f8dd?v=f57049408c4047ce83509445eb7050cd

Note: if you have it build on testnet it will work on mainnet. What are you trying to build?

I want to know the difference between the test chain and the main chain. I'm worried that the main chain and test building methods will be different after the coin is loaded.
