Shiden OG metrics using RMRK

Description

Create a dashboard showing how active an account is. Accounts are Native substrate accounts, not EVM. At the certain threshold of activity:

• user gets his RMRK-NFT
• RMRK-NFT is getting evolved as the activity of the user increases

Example of account/network activity can be related to one or all of the following

• dapps-staking
• defi
• nft PSP34
• RMRK
• DAO

Tools and resources:

• Swanky-node (which supports RMRK substrate pallets)
• Example in the swanky-node repo
• RMRK viewer
• ink! and contract development resources aWASoMe

Note: RMRK on Swanky-node is still under development by RMRK-team and it does not fully support RMRK spec. Participants in the bounty are expected to use what is available at the time.

Acceptance Criteria

• Integrated wallets like Talisman or Polkadot.js
• Configurable support for local network (Swanky), Shibuya and Shiden
• 5 minutes demo video (Youtube, Vimeo or similar). Explain the project and how to use it. Voice is mandatory.
• Open source with code and documentation on Github
• Documentation with following chapters: -- Inspiration -- What it does -- How we built it -- Challenges we ran into -- Accomplishments that we're proud of -- What we learned -- What's next -- Built With
