Fix Web3 faucet instance request error #33

Refactored the bot to be more light and scalable so it can handle multiple networks.

Major changes are as the following:

Remove Web3.js and handle EVM transfers from Polkadot.js
Remove the Redis database and use an in-memory database instead
Refactored faucet API class and architecture
Reduce the number of ENV vars used
And other cleaning works
