Create crude scripts from google spreadsheet

The following raw data files are required to be delivered to ESO on the 15th of May, 2024. Ideally they will be created using ScopeSim scripts that generate the pixel data, and also ingest the required extra FITS header keywords via the existing scopesim Effect class ExtraFitsKeywords.

What does the status of the check box indicate?

The context of this issue is the delivery we have to give to ESO in May. So I think we should check them off once we have a script that creates FITS files that we could give to ESO, and that does not yet seem to be the case for these.

I think it is fine for this exercise if the created files are not yet good enough to give to ESO though.
