Allow MICADO High Contrast Imaging (HCI) simulations #32

Open hugobuddel opened 4 years ago

hugobuddel commented 4 years ago

It should be possible to do high contrast imaging simulations.

This issue is mainly a placeholder because we need to identify exactly what simulations we need. Also calibration simulations.

There already is a MICADO_IMG_HCI.yaml.

Indeed. However it depends on which coronagraph we will be using. I need to find out who is in charge of that. For APPs, we just need a PSF description. For vortex coronagraphs we will need a fancy new Effect object - (I also need to understand vortex coronagraphs better)
