merge fork:miguel dev into origin:master #17

This fork contains a number of changes I've made in ScopeSim_Templates, including

galaxy sources
source_from_image (and file)
a flat-field source
samplers for distribution of discrete sources (work in progress)
etc

There is a file called scopesim_templates/tests/test_source_validation/deleteme.fits, should that be there or should it be deleted, as the name suggests?

The .idea directory conflicts, but we should remove that entire directory from the repository. It is already included in .gitignore in this PR, which is a good first step.
