Add missing dependency to docs
Add in security off at compile time since does not seem to register security changes in game conf file
Added instructions on building and running the server, as well as connecting to it from your local computer

Closing as we discovered that the bugs @jedmccaleb was talking about are client side, so no benefit in running a server on our dev machines.
