Allow publishing new version of minetest-gymnasium independently #79

It should be possible to publish a new version of minetest-gymnasium (the python package) without also trying to publish a new version of minetest (the game engine). Currently they're both built and published in the same workflow and if one has already been publish, the workflow will even fail.
