Boost brightness when turned 'on' #15

Boosts the brightness of the screen when the screen is white making the torch functionality more useful.

Since https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid-launcher/issues/163 has been fixed Component.onDestruction seems to be called every time when the application is closed.
