start wallpaper selection at currently selected wallpaper #19

In the wallpaper selector, it would be nice to start the list at the position of the currently selected wallpaper so that the user has not to scroll from top of the list when trying out wallpapers next in the list from the current one.

This would also help orientation within the list for enhanced ux.
