Enhance legibility and correct clipping on long names #12

Revamp the Weather App layout for fresher look and better legibility from distance.

Issues in current weather app:

Long place names clipped
Temperature font was very small
Placename positioned very low

Measures taken:

Adaptive font size and line break settings according to places string length
Wrap very long places in up to 3 rows
Big temperature digits improve legibility
Enlarged font size on place and day names
Min/Max values presented in same spot via "in-place fading" to efficiently use the screen estate.
