This is the second platform to switch to the Android 9 base (https://github.com/AsteroidOS/meta-smartwatch/pull/109). But it was slightly more involved since there are a bit more architectural changes between the Wear 2100 and Wear 3100 BSPs.

This fixes: https://github.com/AsteroidOS/meta-smartwatch/issues/107 making this watch no longer 'experimental' in my opinion.
