skipjack: linux-skipjack: Add support for more touchscreens and update existing.

This essentially intergrates the touchscreen changes from the skipjack pie kernel (firmware updates and new touchscreen id). As well as the touchscreen firmware from the tunny branch are included.

This fixes sensitivity issues on tunny and should improve the responsiveness of the touchscreen in general.
