skipjack: Enable rfkill & remove old bluebinder package. #182

An older version of bluebinder was used as newer versions depend on rfkill which wasn't enabled on skipjack. There's no need to have this enabled anymore since the skipjack kernel now ships with rfkill enabled.

~~This PR is untested as I do not own a skipjack. It can be merged once someone has confirmed that this works as intended on skipjack.~~ Tested by @eLtMosen and works fine.

Yepp, works fine on both tunny S2 and E2.
