Minor UI fixes and improvements #6

Description

In my last PR it looks like I unfortunately introduced a UI defect to the watch selection page. This defect was only visible when there were no watches paired to the phone via the system Bluetooth settings.

This PR resolves the issue, and makes the page usable again, when these conditions are encountered.

Additionally I've made some small tweaks to how watches are displayed in the watch selection page.
