Show calendar events from phone on the watch

This feature is one of the most often requested feature on Android. https://github.com/AsteroidOS/AsteroidOSSync/issues/19 However, it is lacking a watch-side implementation. If you are interested in helping there, I would recommend having a look at https://github.com/AsteroidOS/asteroid-btsyncd/commit/cdd3bcf407c218d26fa799290710c99eab5c1b3e (read the commit message before being scared by the code) I would also recommend getting in touch with @jrtberlin who showed interest in getting this working as well. https://github.com/AsteroidOS/AsteroidOSSync/issues/89
