Write a new extension to thoroughly analyze TLS usage and capabilities of websites.

Many popular websites require complex rules, with exceptions, to work properly. TLS Auditor takes a look at all sites, checks them for HTTPS, and adds exceptions to Use HTTPS2 as needed.
