Rewrite page actions.

On sites we redirected to, have an option to disable Use HTTPS.

On potential sites, have an option to add it to the list.

f1d921088ef0a1ce0a35ad7ab5af70f28637b718 does basic implementation of this. Needs to be tested.

This is pretty much implemented at 3f98ce3ce22e1b02f6c0f0819552b70f6afbba57. More appearance tweaks needed, though.
