Can we set Vardict VAF below 0.01? #173

Dear authors,

I want to run Vardict with very low VAF filters or no VAF filter at all. Is that possible? I tried to supply 0.00000001 it broke. Is it because this threshold is too low for Vardict?

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried to set -f to 0? This should work. Vardict rounds AF in output, so the precision will not be exact but at least variants should be called.
