ADJAF - Adjusted AF for indels due to local realignment #377

Dear developers,

I was checking the ADJAF field and I realised that: 1) ADJAF ≠ AF also for SNV, is it ok? 2) the values reported in the ADJAF are orders of magnitude lower from those reported in AF, is it normal?
