Some small fixes in the documentation #12

Corrected some typos, fixed some punctuation & capitalization.

Unfortunately, it may be a few days before we'll able to merge this:

Our dev process with this open source repo involves an 'internal' AZ private version of the repo, which is currently slightly ahead of AstraZeneca/KAZU - so we'll need to update AstraZeneca/KAZU before we merge this PR in order not to cause problems. This is mainly for historical reasons (we developed kazu internally at first and then essentially 'mirror' it externally), and we hope to move to developing straight on to AstraZeneca/KAZU sometime (hopefully early) next year.

Really appreciate this PR though, our slowness to merge is no reflection on that!

Actually, looks like it was easier to get in a good position for merging than I thought - merging it now! Thanks again. If you have any other feedback on the docs I'd love to here it, even if it's not easily actionable.
