Readthedocs is not populating Usage #459

Autodocs also seems to be broken? https://jazzy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html The usage section is blank instead of showing the doctring-based function docs.

Fixed generation but API autobuild still does not work either locally or remotely.
