Cant run.

So when I attempt to run everything I just simply get the same error saying [Errno 2] no such file or directory. I'm confused on what to do am I suppose to be doing this in cmd prompt or python. Seem like everything else is fine just this right here is my last hurdle I cant get over. Now whats going on is that it only works when i hit run in pycharm and it only does it to me not my alt account i used to test it on. So still stuck at the cmd errno issue, sorry for being long winded.

Try moving files to another place (not in OneDrive) and check if the problem solved or not.
