Added requirements file for binder, as well as link to binder #9

This PR makes it possible for participants to open the visualization tutorial notebook (as well as any other future notebooks) with binder. You can preview this at http://mybinder.org/v2/gh/astrofrog/AstroHackWeek2019/binder

The WWT example doesn't work properly on binder due to (known) http/https issues, but it should work for people who try it out locally.

Could you also update the wiki page for the requirements? Tomorrow morning I'll send out a last e-mail to participants pointing to that page.
