remove construct calibrate scripts, which now live in huntsman-drp #20

We have duplicated the same file in both locations. Not good as they'll get out of sync.

To maintain the ability to test obs_huntsman, we'll leave these scripts in scripts/, but will delete them once huntsman-drp is able to test/run obs_huntsman.
