Implement testing cameras #28

This PR adds testing cameras (ZWO-like CCDs of 100x100 pix) required for huntsman-drp tests.

@danjampro do you really need to commit entire fits files for this to work?

Those files are not testing files. In fact, they are not even image files. They are FITS tables describing the cameras, required by the LSST stack. So there is no problem in keeping them here. In fact, it's standard practice: https://github.com/lsst/obs_decam/tree/master/decam/camGeom.
