Adding SDSS MaNGA IFU data

Add the SDSS-IV MaNGA IFU dataset into the Astropile format. Also potentially include support for other IFU datasets.

Goals and deliverable

Building astropile datasets with SDSS MaNGA IFU data. Once that is done, possibly consider adding other public datasets, like SDSS MaStar stellar template library and / or public JWST IFU data.

Detailed description

Tasks:

• Decide on IFU datamodel
• Decide on which MaNGA MAPS to use
• Write new script to download MaNGA cubes and/or maps
• Figure out output format for hugging face
• Write processor script to convert input data to output
