Specifications and Scope for all optical imaging data (simulations, ground-base, space-base)

The goal of this one-day hack is to discuss all types of optical data we could pull into the AstroPile.

Goals and deliverable

This is an initial discussion that will connect with #14 #13 #7

Today we had a lot of discussions on 1) data sources 2) data format for images 3) which spectra datasets to use.
