Possibly resolves #6 .

The image and Kali both compile without issue but pytest tests/ runs with 10 errors (see below). Since the errors are of the form not enough arguments I'm reasonably sure that this is not a compilation issue. However, I don't know that for sure and I haven't tested all the functionality of Kali yet.

In fact, I'd appreciate it if you could look at running the guide/introduction notebook to see if it's what you expect since some bits don't work for me (nans are involved)
