Thinking of shipping the current resource gallery on a fully responsive website by using site generators and themes of Hugo or Astro.

Please see generated one try to improve it or go according to your choice to choose between two themes as mentioned above.

Need to work on resource and quick links section. The update codes are present in this repo, clone and run on your machine to check and update.

Take docs, orientation, cards, navs suggestions from here. This website has various theme layouts that can be used in our project to improve.
