Section	Description
Concise Description	I would like to add a button that will take the user to the top of the page when clicked on.
Solution Proposed	Someone is currently developing a feature to make the navigation bar stay fixed at the top of the page instead of scrolling with the content. I would like to enhance the user experience by adding a button that allows users to easily scroll back to the top of the page.
