Description:
When changing from Fullscreen mode to windowed at 1920x1080 resolution (the default), then applying, nothing changes. The application is constantly borderless, without an option to change it.
Steps of reproduction:
1) Enter the options menu from the title screen.
2) Enter the Graphics tab, set fullscreen to windowed.
3) Hit apply
Expected result:
The top border should be visible, as should the windows task bar, even at full size resolution.
Actual result:
It looks and interacts the same.
Expanded steps of reproduction:
4) Set resolution to 1024x768.
5) Hit Apply
Expected result:
Size changes and border should become visible around application.
Actual result:
It still doesn't. This means the window can't be minimised or moves at all. It can be resized without changing resolution by dragging on the corers but can't be moved, making switching it to a different monitor extremely tedious.
