Description Player is able to progress through the level without completing the "DT_Block_009" puzzle, found in the Icarus bar portion of the main level. Puzzle appears to serve no purpose

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Progress through WELCOME-CENTER level until player has reached the Icarus bar section
2. Finish puzzles until cutscene activates
3. Locate "DT_Block_009" by going up stairs at the charging station (X=-18,077 Y=-28,610 Z=3,680)
4. Ignore "DT_Block_009", pick up battery alongside puzzle and continue progressing
5. Progress until cutscene plays
6. "DT_Block_009" can be left, player can progress regardless if puzzle is completed or not

Expected behaviour Puzzle should serve a purpose / puzzle shouldn't exist in location.
