I can't seem to replicate this. Please download the latest Spotify version here: https://upgrade.scdn.co/upgrade/client/win32-x86_64/spotify_installer-1.2.36.959.g04bf500c-847.exe

and run spicetify update to ensure you're on the latest Spicetify.

I can't seem to replicate this. You're sure you have nothing else installed? What's your OS and Spotify/Spicetify version. You can check here: image
