datasets show in wrong location in google dataset search #114

Presumably google dataset search is expecting coordinates in EPSG:4326 rather than EPSG:27700. See screenshots for comparison of SSDI vs google

Could be related to definition of GeoShape: https://schema.org/box is defined by two points (LL, UR) rather than 4?

Fixed in 3.10 and 3.12, not applicable to earlier versions. 4 to follow
