More reference links within the DG #16

I find it better if the DG has more internal links like UG that navigates the readers around from point to point so that user do not need to manually find that particular section to read up on.

Is this issue about the UML diagram or about the internal links of DG (if so, what other internal links should be added???)

Reason for disagreement: Because of the large amount of information inside a DG, I feel that it would be better to add internal navigation links in the DG like what is done in the UG. It applies to both the diagram (the part highlighted in yellow) and the text explanation for the diagram as well. Note that my feedback is applied to the DG in general, not just the diagram only.
