+Solution 18 / 67 #2

Added a descriptive solution for problems 18 and 67, both using the same algorithm for maximum efficiency.

Not sure if this is the format that is desired. I attempted to offer an in-depth description of the solution as well as code. Note that since two problems share a single solution the file may be poorly named.

@liamlutton It would be good if you could create a folder for each code and add corresponding questions in a Text file.
