Adds stickers for legendary* planets, and uses them for the planet info and legendary planet ability resolutions.
Stickers are 320px by 320px, which gives them 6.25x the pixels compared to an emoji at 128px by 128px.
However, stickers are limited to five per server, instead of the 50 per server for emoji.
As such, I've added stickers only for the legendary planets, plus also Mecatol Rex and Sem-Lore.
Legendary planets would be the most frequently seen planets at the larger size, whenever a player resolves a legendary planet ability.
Also extends the Wormhole Nexus and Cruess home system hex (non-spiral) tiles.
