This adds symbols to any wormholes whenever these laws are in play:
Enforced Travel Ban - Adds a "no" symbol to each alpha and beta wormhole;
Nexus Sovereignty - Adds a "no" symbol to the alpha and beta wormholes in the nexus;
Wormhole Reconstruction - Adds a small beta to each alpha and a small alpha to each beta (and washes out the "no" for the previous two).
Should work for every official tile. Unofficial tiles may put the icons in odd places. Should work for Creuss and Ion Storm tokens. Other tokens may put the icons in odd places or not show at all. Should also work when using Absol's Agendas.
