Post same game summary to fow-war-stories like happens with pdb games in the-pbd-chronicles, but without the map and GMs added
Create a similar thread for end-of-game discussions as for pdb-games, but also without the map and make this thread private
Added deleting the GM role when game ends.
Fixed log spam for end-of-game messages trying to go to deleted fow channels by delaying the deletion
