fix: Not send email/phone when skipping onboarding #432

When creating an email account, if the user typed a phone number in the "Profilinformasjon"-screen and then selected "Hopp over", the phone number was sent to the server. This is not the wanted behaviour, as choosing "Hopp over" should not send any filled values.
