Vise betalingsmåte også på salg fra Sørvis #500

This is to support orders / fare contracts created from Sørvis, as paymentType is not set in that case, even when paying with Visa or MasterCard. Also needs updated code in ABTTickets for this extra functionality to work, but this is backwards compatible (only new fare contracts in Firestore will get this unless we update all existing fare contracts).

Regresjonstestet betaling med betalingskort og Vipps i nettbutikken OK.
