Handle unknown product types #507

While doing some testing, I noticed that the new product type for 24 hour ticket wasn't handled correctly after all. I added support for handling unknown product types so this won't happen again.

To be fair, Nisha asked me yesterday about this (in the office, not on Slack), but I was a bit quick to assume that we ignored unknown product types.
