:bug: Revert flowbite-svelte from 0.46.11 to 0.46.6

Walkthrough

The package.json has been modified to downgrade the version of the flowbite-svelte package from 0.46.11 to 0.46.6. This change is intended as a temporary solution to address an issue where buttons inside table cells were not functioning correctly. The planned long-term solution is to switch to shadcn-svelte for table functionalities.
