Goal: add flags

data structure:

• uuid (random)
• timestamp
• user = data.userData.id
• session = data.sessionId
• dicom identifiers = suprabase.databases.viewbox.url_params (session id only?)
• x, y
• frame/imageIdIndex, viewport: implementation

flow:

• [ ] user creates flag implementation
• [ ] share flag to all parties in session supabase presence
• [ ] display flag on image implementation
• [ ] display flag in a UI overlay
  • [ ] action to jump to flag implementation
• [ ] ability to delete flags

stretch:

• [ ] username on hover
• [ ] fix click-drag issue
