Cannote create pDL environment #770

On my 64-bit Windows 10 machine, the command

conda env create -f environment.yml

throws the following error:

ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(698): An error occurred while installing package 'conda-forge::cudatoolkit-11.0.3-h3f58a73_8'

Can anyone who has encountered and solved this problem provide the fix?

I don't unse Windows. This seems to be a conda-forge issue. I suggest asking for help there.
