A tiny PR to fix the BibTex.
The double brace displays well in markdown but not on the site.
I'm reducing it to a single brace to fix the problem.
For French, there is also a display problem in the FAQ. Everything is ok when I preview the markdown file, but it displays badly once on the site.
This PR is trying to fix it but I'm not sure it will work. I don't understand where the problem comes from.
@Atcold, should we also add these "Foreword, FAQ and disclamer" pages for the 2021 edition?
