Update the logo #55

We currently have logo.svg and logo-dark.svg in the documentation. (added in #7) But I now believe that the logo could be merged into a gray version.

The problem in the current README.md is that the logo is not displayed correctly in light mode. This PR fixes this problem.

is not displayed correctly I thought this (hinding characters "ay") was intentionally designed. It shows "REPL" which is still understandable to Julian, which I also feel 趣がある.

If you feel the need to update the logo, I would respect the original creator's intent 👍 .
